At Midcoast Homes we are continually improving our range of project home designs in order to provide you with the home you desire.

We are always conscious of the high costs involved in building in the country and by providing a broad spectrum of homes we endeavour to minimize these high costs.

Changes to home designs are also a costly exercise and we advise our clients to keep changes to a minimum.

We have created a comprehensive display centre at our offices at 5 Zircon St, Jurien Bay. Now there is no reason for our clients to tramp all over Perth looking for bricks, tiles, colorbond, doors etc, we have it all here.

Our project homes are priced from $192,968 and are built to a high specification including site works, solar hot water and much more.
